At Revive Hearing, our priority is to deliver high-quality, transparent, and client-focused hearing care. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure clarity and fairness in our offerings.
1. Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP)
Revive Hearing will assess your eligibility for fully or partially funded hearing aids and services under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP).
- Eligibility: Specific criteria apply, and Revive Hearing will verify your eligibility for HSP benefits.
- Fully Funded Hearing Aids: Eligible clients can access fully funded hearing aid solutions within the HSP-approved range.
- Partially Funded Hearing Aids: Clients may choose to partially fund upgraded hearing aids, with the balance payable at the fitting appointment.
- Maintenance Plan: HSP clients may opt for a maintenance plan (up to $50.40 annually), covering batteries, earmold renewals, repairs, adjustments, tubing, wax guards, and cords.
2. Hearing Assessments
Comprehensive Hearing Assessment: Recommended if further evaluation is needed. These assessments are fully or partially funded for eligible HSP clients, subject to conditions.
Free Hearing Screening: Available to all individuals aged 18 and over, providing a basic check to identify potential hearing loss.
3. Home Visit Appointments
- Availability: Offered in select suburbs, subject to health, safety, and government restrictions (e.g., aged care facility access).
- Fees: Call out fee + Service Fee Applicable*
- Private clients
- DVA & OHS clients
- DVA & OHS with a doctor’s letter or in nursing homes
- WorkCover clients
- Payment: Fees must be paid the day before the appointment.
- Credit: Fees may be credited toward a hearing aid purchase at Revive Hearing’s discretion.
- Fee Waiver: Revive Hearing reserves the right to waive fees at its discretion.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Custom made hearing aids / moulds charges will be extra.
Hearing aids may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition.
Refunds will not be granted for devices that are lost, damaged, or not returned.
Refund amounts exclude any discounts, rebates, or third-party contributions.
A self-funded consultation fee may be deducted from the refund.
5. Price Match Guarantee
Revive Hearing may match the price of hearing aids based on a formal quote, provided:
Online-only quotes are not eligible.
The quote is from a registered Australian retailer.
6. General Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law.
All services and promotions are subject to availability.
Revive Hearing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service or offer without prior notice.
Participation in any service or promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
